Janet Evanovich and John Grisham Still Rule the Week

With the holiday season officially upon us, it will be a great time for publishing and book sales. You can bet big time authors will have massive sales for the next few weeks leading up to the new year. So far authors of adult fiction are killing it, such as Janet Evanovich (Turbo Twenty-Three), John Grisham (The Whistler), and David Baldacci (No Man’s Land) with over 70,000 in digital and print this week. Stephenie Meyer’s The Chemist dropped to half it’s first week sales, and already it’s was priced $4.99 yesterday on Amazon (already on sale? What gives?)

Romance authors Christine Feehan, Debbie Macomber, Robyn Carr and Lori Wilde are also doing well, even though most sales are under 15,000 in mass market.

Let’s take a look at those books heating up the romance charts at Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Smashwords, and All Romance Ebooks…

Salty Dog by Debbie White, .99 cents and an Inspirational Romance.

The Red Door Inn by Liz Johnson, $1.99 and an Inspirational Romance.

Seth Sloane didn’t move three thousand miles to work on his uncle’s B&B so he could babysit a woman with a taste for expensive antiques and a bewildering habit of jumping every time he brushes past her. He came to help restore the old Victorian–and to forget about the fiancée who broke his heart.

The only thing Marie and Seth agree on is that getting the Red Door Inn ready to open in just three months will take everything they’ve got. Can these two wounded souls find hope, healing, and perhaps a bit of romance on this beautiful island?

Nash by Jayne Blue, $3.99 and a Contemporary Romance.

An outlaw biker. A goodie two-shoes college girl. A wild weekend and an explosive secret that will rock their worlds forever.

Harper – Nash was the outlaw I never should have loved. His touch…hard and tender in all the right ways…rocked me to my core. I didn’t want to leave him but I had no choice. I couldn’t let myself get caught in the middle of the club war threatening to bring the Great Wolves M.C. down. But now, I’ve got nowhere left to run and no one else to turn to. When he finds out I had his baby, all hell’s going to break loose. It’s only a matter of time.

Nash – When Harper walked into my bar, I knew what she was after. A good girl gone wild looking for a spring break fling. Yeah, I was down for that. I never planned on letting her get under my skin like she did. I don’t blame her for leaving. She didn’t need some badass biker ruining her plans. My President’s patch comes with a price she shouldn’t have to pay. But now she’s back and she’s got a secret. So do I. This time, I’m playing for keeps.
