KT’s Favorite Books of 2016...

Dec 31, 2016 by

For 2016, my overall reading was pretty low. I averaged about two books a week, and in the end, I read 60 books this year. The majority like always was romance with some non-fiction and young adult mixed in. Again the majority of my reads were self-published, and I read a great deal more books from traditional publishing’s digital lines. Below are my top 5 favorite books of 2016. My favorite book of 2016 surprisingly isn’t a romance, although it has romantic elements because it’s a young adult. That book is If I Was Your Girl by Meredith Russo.   (May from Flatiron Books) Why one of my favorites? “If I Was Your Girl by Meredith Russo was a very hard to read because the pages would constantly blur from my unshed tears. As of midnight on Saturday, December 31, 2016, the All Romance Ebooks site will go dark, aka they’re shutting their doors, and all content there, aka digital books for sale, will no longer be available through their platforms. This means authors and publishers have two days to pull their books off the site, and for readers to download their library of content before midnight on Saturday, or their books they purchased...
