Welcome to this week’s twisted WTFckery!   Some WTF books and their covers: The cover for Gifted by J.A. George isn’t the WTF issue. It’s the blurb, which points out Avery is a size twelve, but even though she’s a size twelve, Avery is normal. WUT??? HUH??? Why is it so important to point out the heroine of this tale is a size twelve, as if that’s a major handicap? If she was a size two or four, would that be as important to point out in the blurb as a size twelve?
