Welcome to this week’s outlandish and eye rolling, better know as the WTFckery!   I hate to start on a sad note, but this is a shocking WTFckery that will have a big rippled effect across digital publishing. One of the biggest digital publishers that gave so many authors their start is shutting their doors. Jeffery Archer Rises To The Top This Week...

The past few weeks, the NYT has been heavy with traditionally published authors charting, but this week there is a rise in self-published authors charting this week, most of which have hit the list before. Authors such as JoJo Moyes, Lisa Gardner and Jeffrey Archer are doing extremely well, thanks to big sales in digital. Most of the big sellers  are selling over 12,000 in print to hit the top 20 on the NYT Combined. This week Jeffery Archer holds the top spot on the NYT and USA Today with only under 12,000 in print. Looks like his digital sales were double that.
